Aura is an action‑adventure dungeon crawler that places you in the robes of a powerful young sorcerer named Aura, the realm’s last hope to keep order as chaos seeps into the underground. Mysterious portals have spiraled out of control, flooding ancient dungeons with dangerous creatures. You must descend into ever‑changing depths, confront relentless foes, and uncover the source of the corruption that threatens the world above. Each descent reshapes the environment, forcing you to adapt your strategy as you push toward the heart of the disturbance.

Fight your way through dark corridors, shattered halls, and trap‑studded chambers by harnessing raw magic and clever positioning. Every battle is a test of skill and resourcefulness: dodge, weave, and unleash the arcane to carve a path forward. As you gain experience, you grow stronger through leveling up, then tailor your path by spending attribute points to boost core stats and investing spell points to unlock and empower devastating abilities. Craft a playstyle that suits you—whether you favor explosive area spells, precise single‑target curses, or defensive auras that turn the tide of battle.

An unusual ally accompanies you on your journey: a curious and wise mushroom companion who appears at key moments. It offers guidance, tips, and encouragement when you need it most, helping you interpret clues, plan routes, and decide when to press forward or fall back. Together, you’ll explore, fight, and grow stronger as you work to restore order to the corrupted dungeons.

Core goals are clear: explore treacherous environments, defeat a variety of enemies, and clear portals to restore balance to the realm. The mushroom companion will remain a steady source of wisdom along the way, pointing you toward the next challenge and offering help when you stumble.

Basic controls are designed for mouse and keyboard play. Move with WASD or use click‑to‑move with the left mouse button. Abilities can be assigned to the left and right mouse buttons as well as the 1–4 keys. Shift+LMB forces an ability cast, while RMB or 1–4 cast without the override. Controller support is not available.
