Company is watching description
Company is Watching
Welcome to the hum and hum of Harvest Corp, where you play as a debt-bound employee labeled 457. The only escape is to keep grinding, keep production moving, and keep your head down. At first, the tasks are simple: tighten bolts, ensure the belt streams forward, and never question the process. But as you rise through the ranks, the factory’s raw materials reveal a terrifying transformation. Iron mutates into flesh, oil becomes blood, and the very machine you feed begins to grow teeth.
Company is Watching is an atmospheric incremental horror game that pits efficiency against morality. The more you push to hit quotas, the more the moral cost stacks up. How far will you go before the numbers stop speaking for you?
Key Gameplay Loop
Experience a disturbing progression loop that shifts from hands-on mechanical work to uncovering the factory’s hidden truths. Start with a wrench, basic tools, and straightforward tasks, then unlock deeper layers of the operation as promotions grant you greater control—and greater exposure to the factory’s secrets.
Asset Management
Build your crew to automate production. Hire workers to shoulder the workload, monitor their performance, and discipline slacking hands. When breakdowns occur, the company has its own dark solution—“organic waste” that redeploys broken pieces back into the system. Efficiency has a price, and the price grows louder as you climb.
The Judgment Room
Face the test of loyalty in the Judgment Room. Decide the fate of underperforming employees through handwritten interrogations and stark choices. Will you show mercy, or recycle them for profit? Your verdicts shape the company—and your own conscience.
Living Environment
The factory is alive. Eyes seem to watch from the walls, and the environment itself can evolve around you. The line between tool and tyrant blurs as the workspace responds to your actions, mutating with each promotion and decision.
Endings
With multiple endings, the story of your ascent is not fixed. The final outcomes depend on how far you push, what you harvest from the workers, and where your loyalties finally lie as the machine watches in silence.
