UnDiced is a turn‑based roguelike RPG where luck and tactics are fused through dice. You play as an archaeologist who breached the royal tomb in a quest for a royal pardon. Backed by the crown, you must descend the dungeon’s depths and recover a legendary relic before danger overwhelms you.

Dice are your core resource. Roll to gain Action Points, then use those points to explore the map. You move tile by tile, revealing corridors, traps, and hidden rooms, until you reach the stairs that plunge you deeper into the tomb. Every location you clear brings you closer to the relic—or to ruin.

In combat, outcomes are dice-driven. Each action is tinted by chance, and every skill comes with its own probability of success and its own payoff. Some skills land powerful effects, others grant critical defenses, and a few alter the odds themselves. Your choices on which actions to attempt hinge on the dice you roll and the risks you’re willing to accept.

Items and skills are essential tools for taming risk. They can bend probabilities in your favor, boost exploitation of failures, or provide temporary resilience when danger spikes. As you explore, you’ll encounter a variety of usable skills and gear to improve your odds. However, you can only carry a limited set at any time, so you must weigh the benefits of each option against space and future needs.

Strategic planning is crucial. Before you claim a new skill or item, decide which ones you intend to rely on for the next steps. The dungeon is unforgiving, and carrying too much can impede you just as surely as carrying too little.

The challenge scales with each descent: more floors, tougher foes, and tighter chances to recover. Your goal is to reach the deepest floor, seize the relic, and return with proof that you earned a royal pardon. Will luck favor your careful planning, or will the dice seal your fate?
