Velanit: The Forgotten Cottage

A forgotten cottage sits on a hill above a small Mediterranean coastal town, catching the first light as waves whisper along the shore. The man who once lived here kept to himself and spoke in strange, curious stories. Now the place is yours to reclaim. As you begin the restoration, you’ll feel the walls holding more than dust and crumbling plaster—they guard memories, secrets, and a connection to the town you’re about to uncover.

Renovate & Decorate: Repair the heart of the house by fixing walls, laying roof tiles, and restoring floors. Each completed task frees up new space to design and personalize, turning a ruin into a home with your own style and a heartbeat that matches the hillside village. Expect a satisfying cycle of discovery as you reveal hidden corners, brighten rooms, and choose details that fuse practicality with Mediterranean character.

Gather & Craft: Wander the surrounding countryside to gather stone, clay, wood, and other materials essential for rebuilding. Craft the supplies you need to bring the cottage back to life, from sturdy beams to delicate fixtures, balancing resilience with the sun-warmed charm of the coast. Your toolkit and choices influence how the home ages and how it endures the changing days and seasons.

Uncover the Mystery: Solve puzzles and pay close attention as you renovate and listen to the villagers. Clues tucked in the cottage walls, hidden compartments, and conversations reveal who the previous owner was, why the place was abandoned, and how the cottage ties into the town’s deeper history. Each breakthrough invites you to piece together a story that grows with your restoration work.

Explore the Town: Get to know the people who live here, their daily rhythms, and their way of life.
