Pirate Chips description

Pirate Chips

Set sail in a chaotic multiplayer sandbox where you and your spudmates build a makeshift vessel—the boatato—and prepare to clash with rival pirates in legendary battles. Choose how you conquer the seas: couch co-op, online co-op, or go solo against the world. Only the fiercest potato pirates will survive the open waters.

This is a pre‑alpha demo, and our boatatos are still learning the ropes. Expect rough seas, imperfect controls, and the occasional bug—these are part of the pre‑alpha life. Found a bug? Help shape future updates by reporting it to Potato HQ on our Discord.

Core idea: collect broken parts from ancient vessels to craft your own boatato, then arm it with cannons and ammunition. You can row into enemy harbors, board rival ships, and duel their crews at paddle‑length. Mash your enemies before they mash you in a splashy, uproarious melee.
  • Build and customize: scavenged parts come together to form your makeshift vessel and give you unique combat options.
  • Arsenal on deck: load cannons, stock ammunition, and prepare for devastating coastal confrontations.
  • Board and battle: hop aboard enemy ships, tear down their defenses, and fight their crew up close.
  • Modes to fit your style: play solo against the world, with friends on the couch, or online with teammates.

Expect a wild mix of rum, gold, and potato skins as you chase treasure and bragging rights. Hoist the black flag, rally your crew, and dive into chaotic, ridiculous fun and absurd adventure on the seas.

Remember: pier pressure is real—choose your path wisely, or you might end up cooked. All hands on deck for a raucous voyage where dead yams tell no tales, but loaded potatoes tell legends.
