Quick Brown

A handcrafted 2D platformer set at the edge of two worlds. The forest is fractured by a sleeping dog that marks an impossible boundary between human civilization and animal life. A mysterious scent launches the Scrumption, transforming nearly all animals into meerkats who retain memory and speech, changing only their appearance. One fox, Cubey, remains unchanged—likely due to genetics—and becomes the hero who seeks a cure.

Story

Cubey teams up with Scaram, a human who somehow crossed into the animal world and longs to return home. Scaram claims the cure lies within human civilization, reachable by gathering 26 ancient relics scattered through the forest. Each relic is a letter from the English alphabet, guarded and hinted at by enigmatic Letter Entities. The journey unfolds as you uncover the truth behind the Scrumption and the path back to humanity.

Gameplay

Explore lovingly crafted 2D platforming levels, each introducing a new gimmick and multiple routes for discovery. There is no combat and no dialogue choices at the end. Along the way you’ll meet meerkat NPCs who drop lore, jokes, and nods to other games and media. Collect eggs, uncover secrets, and seek out the Letter Entities tied to every relic.
