Labyrinth of anxiety description
Labyrinth of Anxiety
You are trapped in a labyrinth of identical rooms that repeat endlessly. There are no maps, no references—only decisions. Your objective is clear: advance floor after floor until you find the exit before anxiety consumes you.
How the Game Works
Each floor features a central room with four doors. Crossing a door can:
- Advance to the next floor
- Keep you on the same level
- Enter a safe room
To leave a floor, you must locate a hidden key, whose position shifts every time you enter a room, adding uncertainty and replayability. Once you obtain the key, you must choose correctly among the remaining doors to progress. A wrong choice can push you backward and erase progress.
Anxiety System
Anxiety rises as you move through the labyrinth. It can temporarily drop when you discover certain objects and decreases further inside safe rooms. If anxiety reaches its maximum, the run ends. There are no enemies or traditional combat; the pressure comes from time, repetition, and constant uncertainty.
Progression and Structure
You progress through multiple floors of the labyrinth, with a single, inescapable ending. There are no branching narratives and no save system. Each run must be completed in one session, typically taking about an hour depending on your choices.
