Tindark is a loop horror game that disguises itself as a familiar dating app interface. Inspired by The Exit 8, it creates a tense, unsettling experience where all profiles are fictional characters and there are no real matchmaking features. The danger comes from what hides beneath the glassy surfaces of the app, not from real people.

How to play

Each day you review eight profiles. On the final card you decide whether an anomaly appeared that day. If you spot an anomaly, swipe left (NOPE) to reject. If nothing is wrong, swipe right (LIKE) to continue. Correct answers move you to the next day; a wrong answer sends you back to Day 0. The goal is to reach Day 9 and escape the loop.

Gameplay loop & tense atmosphere

The experience unfolds through a realistic dating app UI, where each profile hints at something off. Subtle glitches, eerie details, and carefully timed anomalies build a claustrophobic mood as the days progress. The eight-profile cycle resets on mistakes, but correct decisions steadily push you toward Day 9, turning simple swipes into a battle against a creeping horror that feeds on your choices.

A unique & Exit 8–like horror experience delivered through a familiar interface. The controls are simple and accessible, designed for quick pickup. The entire run is compact, with an estimated clear time of about 15 to 40 minutes depending on how your observations unfold.
