Mai's Hunger description
Mai's Hunger
A desperate husband, a demonic pact, and a burger joint that hides a gruesome secret. Mai's Hunger is a tense first‑person horror‑simulation where you must juggle the ordinary duties of a fast‑food manager with the sinister rituals that keep a dark promise alive. Your wife Mai is locked in a secret room, being consumed by a demonic entity. To save her from full possession, you have aligned with "The Boss." By day, run the restaurant; by night, the night turns patrons into your survival resources.
- Two Lives, One Night: Balance grill duties, orders, and the health of the business while guarding the occult truth underneath. Let the meat burn or miss a beat and the night ends badly.
- Stealth and Extraction: Slip through shadows to drug or knockout isolated customers. Drag their bodies through hidden passages behind the restrooms and storage areas without raising suspicion.
- The Yin‑Yang Shelf: Enter the macabre freezer room and use a twisting rotating mechanism to swap between fresh, whole corpses and the finished, rounded human meat patties destined for the grill. Decide how to process bodies: grind them for the unaware crowd or deliver whole corpses to a Sacrifice Room to appease the demon.
- Dynamic Crime & Punishment: Every mistake adds Crime Points and raises your Wanted Stars. At first, police intervene with batons; at the highest level, they shoot on sight. You must fight, hide, or run to survive.
- Endings Shaped by Your Choices: Your actions determine the outcome. Gather sacrifices to save Mai, watch the restaurant burn to the ground, or succumb to the darkness yourself.
Mai's Hunger combines tight resource management with claustrophobic stealth and Lovecraftian horror. The day‑to‑night contrast, the secret passages, and the ritualized supply chain create a chilling loop: satisfy the living to feed the dead, all while a demon tightens its grip on you and your wife. Your decisions drive the fate of the restaurant, the city, and Mai herself.
