METAL QUEENS is a story-linked rhythm action game where you choose one of five metal queens and rise through narrative chapters and live stage battles. The journey spans five distinct worlds, including a wasteland, a cyberpunk neon city, gothic darkness, and a steampunk industry, with a fifth world that expands the universe. Each route follows a different heroine’s conflict, rebellion, and awakening through music, weaving personal stakes into every stage.

Core gameplay centers on three actions: Tap, Hold, and Release. Hit notes with precise timing judgments—JUST, EARLY, LATE, or MISS—build chain combos, push for higher ranks, and intensify the momentum toward crescendo moments. The game rewards satisfying build-and-burst sequences, especially when you release long holds at a song’s climactic peak.

Characters and progression are at the heart of METAL QUEENS. Each of the five queens has a dedicated 10-song route, with progression and rewards tied to performance. A focused tutorial welcomes newcomers, and three adjustable difficulty levels—EASY, NORMAL, and HARD—serve both first-time players and score-attack veterans, offering accessible onboarding and deeper challenge for seasoned players.
