Code Breaker is a bold twist on classic action‑puzzle arcade games, blending roguelike progression and strategic combat into a single, fast‑paced experience. You guide a CODE orb through crowded levels where bricks and hostile enemies block your path. Your goal is to survive, rack up a high score, and push deeper into the arcane maze of seven areas.

Core play revolves around navigating bricks, dodging threats, and managing your orb’s power. Yellow bricks are score boosters that permanently increase your score within the current level, while red bricks serve as tickets to the in‑between level shop. Here you spend hard‑earned currency to shape your run.

• MODS: upgrade or downgrade your orb’s combat capabilities and/or score. You can also upgrade equipped MODS between runs to tailor your build.
• BUGS: introduce unpredictable twists that can dramatically alter standard gameplay, testing your adaptability and strategy.

Each area presents a curated challenge: seven areas to explore, each containing up to five levels, with three playable levels chosen per run. At the end of each area you face a boss before continuing, heightening the sense of progression and risk.

Customization options are vast. You start from one of seven base CODES (orbs) and pick from more than 30 upgradeable MODS and over 15 game‑changing BUGS. This system creates an enormous variety of playstyles and scenarios—together you can generate roughly 35 billion distinct upgrade and starter code combinations, providing near‑endless replay value.
