PSYKOS

PSYKOS is a co-op psychological horror game for 1–4 players, set inside a cursed psychiatric hospital where every corridor hides danger and every room reveals a secret. Together you must explore, hide, solve puzzles, and endure rituals as you strive to escape the building before the nightmare consumes you completely.

In this tense, atmospheric experience, you’ll navigate decaying wards, dim patient rooms, and hidden passages that twist perception and reality. The hospital’s deepest truths lie behind intricate puzzles and locked routes that require teamwork, careful observation, and precise timing to breach. Each discovery pulls your group deeper into the nightmare and closer to the hospital’s hidden history.

PSYKOS emphasizes puzzle-based progression. Solving each clue or manipulating the environment advances you through the nightmare, while revealing fragments of the institution’s past and the dark forces at work. The flow of play centers on communication and coordinated actions, as every member plays a crucial role in unlocking the next stage of the story.
