Earn Perks that can redefine your playstyle—from dramatically boosting Refinery output to granting bounties for razing cities. Your fleet persists from mission to mission, and so does your money, letting you grow between battles and take it with you on every expedition.

Customize your force: paint schemes, flags, perks, and Flagship upgrades let you leave your mark. You can even send your fleet, Flagship, and Perks into a random opponent’s campaign to test their mettle and earn extra experience.

Win through Victory Points by bribing cities, razing targets, or prevailing diplomatically in Skirmish mode. Or skip a mission objective entirely by leaving the map. Every campaign plays differently as you navigate strategic choices and moral tradeoffs.

Deep tactical combat features 14 ship types and 15+ building types, enabling diverse fleet compositions and build orders. Alternating activations keep you in the hotseat, forcing you to anticipate the next move. Choose AI difficulties that range from casual naval skirmishes to brutally efficient admirals.
