All Dice on Deck is a pirate roguelite of risk and reward. It is a strategic dice-rolling adventure where you push your luck, upgrade your fleet, and pursue a legendary treasure across a lawless sea.

Choose your ship — Select from a fleet of unique vessels, each with its own starting stats and a distinctive mechanic. Your choice influences how you roll, how you absorb damage, and how you approach encounters as you set course for the X that marks the final treasure island.

Set sail and press your luck — Journey island by island. Each step forward requires you to roll the Island's Danger Dice alongside your Ship Dice. If you survive the peril, you then roll the Island's Treasure Dice to fill your hold with gold. Every voyage tests your nerves and your strategy, balancing risk against reward.

The longer you sail, the darker it gets — The further you travel, the greater the danger and the bigger the rewards. Islands grow more treacherous with each stop. Will you risk everything for one more roll, or chart a safer course back to the Port with your loot intact?

Upgrade your ship — When you reach Port, spend your acquired gold to turn a small ship into a Mighty Galleon. Reinforce the Hull to increase health, expand your Arsenal to gain extra Ship Dice, and establish Outposts to skip early islands. There are additional upgrades to help you survive the voyage and seize the treasure.

Seek the Legendary Treasure — Reaching the last island is a true test, demanding patience, strategic planning, and a bit of luck. The ancient treasure chest awaits on the island marked by the X, guarded by mysteries and rewards that only the boldest captains will unlock.
