SILENT CONFESSION description
SILENT CONFESSION is a first‑person psychological horror experience set in a crowded, decaying urban apartment building. You inhabit a young man living alone in a small, cramped space where constant noise and paper-thin walls make every day feel suffocatingly repetitive.
What begins as a quiet moment of watching the world next door grows into a fixation. From behind a yellowed curtain you observe the woman living across from you, letting her life unfold through the window. This simple routine gradually becomes part of your daily ritual, a fragile thread of fleeting happiness that gnaws at you from within.
Then the night arrives when the window is mysteriously sealed from the inside. Soon after, strange changes begin to appear inside your own room. In a building where people live shoulder to shoulder yet remain strangers, you start to question everything you thought you saw. Some things may not be what they seem, and reality itself begins to blur with illusion.
Gameplay centers on exploration and environmental storytelling. You move through your apartment, interact with objects, and piece together the narrative by observing details, listening to the environment, and triggering events. As time passes, the surroundings gradually transform, guiding you through a surreal, dreamlike sequence where the line between life and memory grows thin.
The core experience emphasizes atmosphere and psychology: the fear of loneliness, the ache of secret affection, and the search for self‑understanding. The story unfolds through your actions, internal monologue, and the small details scattered around the room as well as the unspoken feelings you harbor for the neighbor across the window.
Expect a tense, immersive soundscape and a design that leans into surreal scenes and shifting environments. SILENT CONFESSION invites you to observe, interpret, and confront what lies beneath ordinary life in a place where proximity does not guarantee connection.
Playtime: approximately 30–60 minutes.
