Up'N'Up: Mountain Express description

Up'N'Up: Mountain Express drops you into the driver’s seat for high-stakes mountain deliveries across rugged terrains. Take on jobs, keep your rig and packages intact, and climb higher with every run as you upgrade your fleet and push toward the peak.

Build your delivery empire by earning new parts and unlocking customization options. Between runs you can expand your fleet with a choice of 10 vehicles across three weight classes, ranging from nimble Japanese 4WDs to colossal rally trucks. Each delivery awards parts and upgrades, letting you turn a quaint car into a rally raid monster.

Delivery items aren’t just cargo—they modify the trail and your vehicle. You might transport delicate medical supplies that demand careful steering, or a bucket of fish that can spill if you tilt too far. Orders require planning, precision, and a touch of luck to keep everything moving.

The game blends realism with accessibility. Set individual physics and damage preferences so an off-road sim veteran can enjoy authentic handling while a partner, child, or family member can play with arcade-style rules. Customize difficulty for every player and tailor the challenge to your group.

Play solo or together. Up'N'Up: Mountain Express combines local and online multiplayer so you can drive cooperatively to clear paths, assist with winches, and survive tricky sections using “concussive physics.” Up to 2 players locally and up to 4 online support mixed play sessions that adapt to your style.

Explore the mountain range across a variety of biomes, each offering multiple trail types and unique obstacles. Desert dunes, dried river beds, sandstone passes; grasslands, swamps, forests, canyons; alpine peaks, glaciers, and even a volcano—every biome brings fresh puzzles, hazards, and routes to discover.

Beyond driving, you’ll face puzzles and environmental challenges. Mudslides can block rivers, floods ripple through valleys, and clever routing will be required to keep deliveries on time while avoiding disaster. After each run you’ll glimpse new upgrades and unlock hidden cosmetics to personalize your rigs.

Planned features include a true 4WD physics system with arcade options, terrain-specific grip and drag, hi/lo range, traction control, independent or fixed axle suspension, and soft-body tire simulation. The plan also expands multiplayer with enhanced cross-session play, more vehicle customization, and a deeper upgrade card system.
