Symetria description
Symetria
In a dark digital world, geometric signals have lost their balance. Your mission is to restore symmetry. Symetria is a puzzle game where you draw lines on a grid to reproduce geometric transformations, turning abstract patterns into perfect echoes of order.
Five transformation modes
- Axial Symmetry — Mirror shapes across a vertical axis to align both sides.
- Central Symmetry — Rotate patterns 180° around a centered point for balance.
- Translation — Shift figures along a vector, preserving shape and orientation.
- Rotation — Rotate patterns by precise angles (90°, 60°, 45°, …) to match the target.
- Homothety — Scale shapes from a center point, creating proportional growth or shrinkage.
The game guides you through five distinct transformations, each offering a unique mental workout. Mastery comes from recognizing how lines and vertices map under each operation, then translating that understanding into accurate strokes on the grid.
Levels and difficulty
Symetria spans 150 levels, with 30 levels dedicated to each transformation mode. These levels are distributed across three difficulty tiers: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. Basic introduces the core rule with simple shapes, Intermediate increases complexity with multi-segment figures, and Advanced pushes spatial reasoning with intricate patterns that demand precise planning and execution.
Play style and scoring
There is no time pressure—think, plan, and draw at your own pace. Each run is scored with a star rating based on accuracy, and players are encouraged to strive for a perfect run with zero mistakes. The satisfaction comes from refining your approach and seeing patterns click into place.
Aesthetic and mood
Symetria presents a clean, minimalist cyberpunk aesthetic that complements the precision of geometric thinking. An ambient electronic soundtrack accompanies your solving, creating a calm yet focused atmosphere as you reconstruct balance in the grid.
Accessible to newcomers yet deep enough for seasoned puzzle fans, Symetria rewards careful reasoning, steady hands, and patient experimentation. Start with simple mirrors and rotations, then progress to sophisticated transformations and increasingly demanding layouts—until symmetry itself feels second nature.
