Sickness: Game Description

Sickness is a gripping visual novel that follows Suoh Tesla, a high school student whose life spirals into chaos following the tragic death of his parents. Struggling to provide for his twin sister, Sara, Suoh's existence shifts from mundane school life to the harrowing world of crime. After a violent encounter at work leaves him with blood on his hands, he finds himself drawn into the dark underbelly of society.

As Suoh descends into the criminal lifestyle, he partners with a young man connected to organized crime, learning the brutal realities of being a killer for hire. With each job he takes, Suoh grapples with his moral decay and the risk of losing everything, particularly his sister, who remains oblivious to his double life.
