Flashpoint Campaigns: Germany Reforged description
Flashpoint Campaigns: Germany Reforged
This scenario pack revitalizes the classic Flashpoint Germany (2005) by adapting it to the advanced standards of the Flashpoint Campaigns game engine, originally developed in 2015. Brought to life by Charles ("Hawkeye") Belva, a dedicated member of the Flashpoint team, this package includes 17 meticulously crafted scenarios with a total of 43 variations, allowing players to explore a multitude of tactical situations.
The original four maps have undergone a comprehensive graphical overhaul, transitioning from a grid layout to a more dynamic hexagonal format, thanks to the efforts of William van der Sterren. Adding to the excitement, a new expansive map, "Eiterberg," measures an impressive 40 x 30 km, offering ample space for larger forces and dynamic combat maneuvers.
Set in a fictional "Cold War gone hot" scenario of 1989, players can engage in dramatic confrontations featuring American, British, West German, and Soviet forces. With a rich array of revamped visuals, enhanced game mechanics from Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm, and a commitment to realistic what-if situations, Flashpoint Campaigns: Germany Reforged promises a deep and immersive wargaming experience.
