The Archetype

The Archetype is a gripping psychological-horror game that immerses you in the life of Archty Tolomei, a 9-year-old boy grappling with a tumultuous home life. Following his mother's departure in 2008, Archty finds himself in a world filled with fear, despair, and anxiety. As you navigate through the four planned chapters—Childhood, Adolescence, Marriage, and Old Age—you'll confront various psychological aspects of Archty’s mind, such as Jealousy, Anger, and Guilt.

Throughout the game, Archty contends with the impact of his abusive, alcoholic father, while uncovering the fate of his missing family members. The unique game mechanics involve managing Archty's neurosis and psychosis through interactions in his environment. The metrics for suicide and homicide fluctuate based on the choices you make and the dialogues you engage in.

Initially, players will receive access to the first chapter, but purchasing the game now grants access to all four chapters as they are released every two months. The Archetype promises an intense, emotional experience crafted by The Mundi Project Game Studios.
