In First Feudal, you begin your journey with a few peasants and minimal resources, tasked with transforming your modest settlement into a grand medieval castle. The gameplay revolves around managing resources, building infrastructure, and expanding your settlement's capabilities. You can cultivate crops, mine for materials, manufacture equipment, and explore scientific advancements either independently or by assigning specific tasks to your peasants, who can choose from ten different professions.

However, your progress will be challenged by frequent raids from bandits, wolves, and bears, necessitating the formation of a militia to defend your burgeoning town. You can either lead your troops into battle or allow your peasants to protect themselves, enhancing your strategy during confrontations. Additionally, you must ensure your village remains attractive to new settlers by providing comfortable housing and nourishing food, while also managing the occasional lazy peasant.

Engage in trade with visiting merchants, deliberate on significant random events, and prepare for seasonal challenges, particularly the harsh winter. Enjoy cooperative multiplayer for up to six players, allowing you to build and defend your village alongside friends.
