The Earth has become uninhabitable, prompting humanity to embark on a daring journey to colonize the stars aboard ships named after the ancient wonders: The Giza, The Alexandria, The Rhodes, and finally, The Artemis. The Artemis found its new home on an Earth-like moon, but tranquility was shattered when the Ants, a menacing insectoid species, enslaved the colony, leaving its inhabitants in despair. Years later, you are born into this struggle and enlist in the resistance against the Ants. Then, in a shocking turn of events, the Ants mysteriously abandon your colony.
Tasked by the Proctor of your colony, you set out to locate the remains of the ancient Artemis ship. Amid the wreckage, you discover a functional captain's yacht. With your crew, you venture into the cosmos to search for any surviving humans, 500 years after Earth's destruction. 500 Years is an episodic space opera blending adventure and exploration in various star systems.
