Colonial Conquest

Colonial Conquest is an immersive conquest simulation game set during the tumultuous Victorian era of the late 1800s and early 1900s. Players take on the role of one of six great powers: Great Britain, Germany, France, the USA, Japan, or Russia, aiming to dominate the world through military might and strategic cunning. The objective is clear: either accumulate the most Victory Points (VPs) or be the first to achieve a predetermined VP threshold, depending on your chosen scenario.

Engage in a variety of tactical maneuvers as you traverse over 130 regions available for conquest, each offering unique economic advantages and VP values that remain hidden until explored. The game consists of three main phases: Build, Movement, and Combat. Players can construct armies and navies, fortify positions, and engage in espionage to undermine opponents. You may choose to play against AI or other human players, with flexible rules including a hotseat mode.

Scenarios include a historically-based 1880 setting, a tense 1914 confrontation, and a non-historical free-for-all starting in 1870, allowing for varied gameplay experiences. Prepare for a gripping journey of strategy and warfare as you navigate the complex landscape of global domination.
