Set in the year 2050, Subterrain immerses players in a gritty survival adventure beneath the surface of Mars. As Dr. Albert West, the last apparent survivor of the underground city MPO, you face a harrowing struggle for survival after a catastrophic event. With the surface of Mars inhospitable, humanity has taken refuge in this subterranean city, constructed by entrepreneur Jeff Murray.

In Subterrain, decisions matter—manage your hunger, thirst, injuries, and oxygen levels while exploring the perilous environment. The game features intense combat where you can face evolved enemies and customize your weapons using a modular system. Scavenge for resources, craft gear and upgrades with 3D printing technology, and utilize the Bio Combiner to enhance your gear.

Explore randomly generated sub-levels alongside intricately crafted locations, uncovering a non-linear narrative filled with logs and story sequences.
