Grandma, No! drops you into the sensible shoes of a very not-sensible Grandma who’s just trying to get through the day. You’ve got a to-do list, a sudden babysitting situation, and a growing suspicion that the world around you is deeply unwell. The plan is simple: finish your chores. The problem is that every “normal” task has a habit of turning into something baffling, chaotic, and slightly alarming.

Roam through three sandbox-style areas, wobbling from one questionable decision to the next. The spaces are packed with things that look interactive because they are—and touching them is rarely a good idea. You’ll poke, prod, and investigate whatever catches your eye, only to discover that even the most ordinary objects can kick off a chain reaction of absurd consequences.

Each chore you attempt—like taking out the trash or cooking dinner—can erupt into a weird 2D minigame that escalates fast. One moment you’re doing something mundane, and the next you’re dealing with outcomes that range from ridiculous to outright surreal. Tasks don’t just go wrong; they transform, escape, combust, or become something that definitely shouldn’t be sentient.

Along the way, you’ll meet a lineup of bizarre characters who may or may not be human and almost certainly have their own strange agendas. Conversations and encounters add to the confusion, making you question whether you’re losing your grip—or if reality has simply decided to quit.

There are no grand quests and no heroic destiny here. It’s just you, Grandma, trying to hold it together while babysitting (technically) and attempting to complete a list of chores that keeps spiraling into nonsense. Just when things start to settle down, something even stranger barges in and knocks the day off-course again.

Grandma, No! is a compact burst of exploratory chaos: wander, interact, trigger minigames, and survive the kind of everyday disaster only a confused but determined Grandma could endure.
