In Coffin Dodgers, players assume the role of one of seven eccentric retirement village residents, all racing for their souls against the formidable Grim Reaper. Armed with a plethora of makeshift weapons and gadgets, these spirited seniors must navigate a series of challenges posed by the Reaper and his zombie minions.

The game features a thrilling 13-race Championship set in the Sunny Pines Retirement Community, divided into four unique areas, each hosting its own mini-tournament. Players aim to secure a top rank, with lower placements resulting in a fate worse than death—becoming one of the Reaper's undead racers.

As players progress through the races, the environment transforms into an increasingly apocalyptic landscape, reflecting the pervasive threat of Grim's presence. Key features include:
